I had a fantastic weekend getaway at this boutique hotel! Ernesto, the staff member who assisted us, made our stay truly memorable with his outstanding customer service. However, there were a couple of downsides, such as some noise disturbances at night and cleanliness issues in certain areas that need more attention. Overall, it's a great choice for a short trip to Miami Beach.
